The proposed amendment to Article II, Section 1 for the field of membership expansion would include up to an aggregate of 78,000 new members per calendar year from the following counties: Alachua, Brevard, Broward, Clay, Duval, Indian River, Lake, Leon, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Seminole, St. Johns, St. Lucie, and Volusia.
