Privacy and Security Information
The user services sections (e.g. renewal, address changes, etc.) of the OFR website have been protected in two ways. The first is to restrict access to these areas to only those individuals that have provided a valid User ID & password or User ID & hint information. The OFR also protects your information through secured socket layer (SSL) protection. What this basically means is that the information being transferred between your computer and ours is encrypted. In accordance with the rules of the Financial Services Commission, all forms and fees shall be filed with the OFR electronically unless a petition for waiver of the requirement of electronic submission has been submitted and approved in accordance with Rule 28-106.301, Florida Administrative Code.
