The proposed field of membership expansion would include persons that live, work, worship, or attend school in Miami-Dade, Orange, Pasco, Lake, Volusia, Marion, and Seminole Counties in Florida and Carroll, Coweta, Fayette, Gilmer, Gordon, Newton, and Rockdale Counties in Georgia, including any business or organization of the persons described above. This equates up to a maximum of 4,950 new members each calendar year from the requested Counties.
