The proposed amendment to Article II/Section 1 of the Bylaws would expand the field of membership to include Any person living in or working in the geographic boundaries of Gulf, Franklin, Hamilton, Suwannee, Columbia, Baker, Dixie, Lafayette, or Gilchrist County, Florida. Additionally those Select Employee Groups, and members of the immediate family of persons within such groups, as follows: Employees and dues paying members of FCCU Foundation, Inc. not to exceed 7,500 members each year.
