The proposed amendment to Article 2/Section 1 for the Field of Membership expansion shall include any person in Walton, Jackson, and Calhoun County limited to a maximum of 1,000 new members each year, excluding any potential new members that qualify under the existing field of membership as of the approval date of this expansion request.
