The proposed amendment to Article II, Section 1 of the bylaws would add up to a total of approximately 6,400 new members from Web.com Group, Inc. and Genesis Health, Inc. Both entities have principal locations in Duval County/Jacksonville, Florida, and are thus within the existing FOM. Nonetheless, the CU wants to offer FOM eligibility to all employees, including employees in satellite offices outside the existing FOM counties.
