Proposed amendment to Article II, Section I of the bylaws would expand field of membership to include: students actively engaged in continuation of education through Association for Distance Learning program; Persons living or working in the following counties: Flagler, Putnam, St. John's, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Baker, Bradford, Union, Columbia, Alachua, Gilchrist, Dixie, Levy, Citrus, Sumter and Hernando.
