The proposed field of membership expansion would include persons who live or work in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Osceola, Brevard, Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, Okeechobee, Indian River, Sarasota, DeSoto, Charlotte, Glades, Hendry and Monroe Counties and organizations of such persons who do not otherwise qualify for membership in this Credit Union (up to an aggregate of 5,800 new members per calendar year pursuant to this basis for membership eligibility).
