Online Services Technical Support

When contacting the Office regarding a technical problem encountered while using Online Services (e.g. Connection problems, Page or Browser errors, Payment errors, etc.) please be prepared to provide the following:

  • Description and page location within the portal where you encountered the error
  • Description of action you were attempting to complete when the error occurred
  • Error message wording, confirmation message wording or codes
  • If possible, please take a screenshot of the error
