The proposed amendment to Article II, Section 1 for the field of membership expansion would include the buyers of automobiles that obtain their financing through a loan originated by CU Direct (CUDL) and have the loan approved and funded solely by ECU Credit Union, up to a maximum of 250 new members per calendar year, who are otherwise ineligible to join through other membership channels.
