The proposed amendment to Article II, Section 1 for the field of membership expansion would include up to a total of 1,500 new members per calendar year from the Florida Counties of: Collier, Dade, Lee, Martin and St. Lucie, for members who are otherwise ineligible to join through other existing membership channels.
