The proposed amendment to to Article II/Section 1 of the bylaws would expend the field of membership to include persons living or working in Hamilton, Suwannee, Lafayette, Taylor, Madison, Jefferson, Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden, Liberty, Franklin, Gulf, Calhoun, Jackson, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, or Escambia County, Florida.  Also, the proposed expansion would include members and employees of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
