The proposed amendment would expand the field of membership (FOM) to include State employees and members of their immediate family in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Gulf, Leon, Wakulla, Franklin, Liberty, and Gadsden counties.
