The proposed amendment to Article II/Section 1 of the bylaws would expand the field of membership to include those who live or work in Osceola, Hernando, Pasco, Hardee, DeSoto, and Highlands County, FL.  Also, to include contributors to the Insight Community Foundation, Inc., upto a maximum of 2,000 per calendar year.
