The proposed amendment to Art II/ Section 1 for the FOM expansion shall include employees of Somerset Academy Charter School K-12 @ Jefferson County and State of Florida employees who are currently working, living, or retiredin Jefferson County, FL and limited to a maximum of 250 per calendar year, who cannot become members in any other fashion.
