The proposed amendment would expand the field of membership to include persons that work or live in the communities of Islamorada, Key Largo, Key West, Summerland Key, Big Pine Key, Sugarloaf Shores, Marathon, Key Colony Beach, Marathon Shores, and Tavernier, Florida.
