The mission of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) is to promote integrity, accountability and process improvement within the Office of Financial Regulation. To effectively carry out this mission the OIG needs individuals to provide and confirm information regarding wrongdoing.
Florida Statutes afford certain exemptions and confidentiality provisions to complaints involving discrimination and misconduct. Retaliation for reporting allegations of discriminatory or harassing conduct; misconduct; or violations of law, rules, guidelines, policies or procedures is prohibited.
