The proposed amendment would expand the field of membership to include State employees and members of their immediate family in Dixie, Gilchrist, Alachua, Putnam, St. Johns, Clay, Bradford, Union, Columbia, Baker, Nassau, Duval, Lafayette, Suwannee, Hamilton, Taylor, Madison, and Jefferson counties.
