The proposed amendment to Article II, Section 1, of the Bylaws expands the field of membership to include postal customers in zip codes: 32839, 33830, 33860, 33880, 33881, 34470, 34471, 34476, 34748, 34788 and employees and up to 500 customers of Appliance Direct.
